The purpose of this organization is to promote the common good and welfare of the residents in Creekbend Estates by maintaining the common areas entering and surrounding the neighborhood, participating in the Crime Watch Program of the City of Plano, and monitoring governmental activities and civic issues that affect the neighborhood.
The Association has no real property and is a
totally voluntary, unincorporated, nonprofit association of neighbors.

Privacy Statement
Your member information will be shared only among the Association
Board members for the purposes of Association operations. Member names (no other
information) may be used in Creekbend communications unless you specify otherwise
on your membership form. Member names
will be used only for limited purposes within the Association. CENA will never sell
its member list. You may change your choices at any time after becoming a member
of the Association by submitting another membership form or by contacting the
Membership Committee.

Creekbend Estates is located in Plano, Texas, and encompasses the subdivision homes within the area bounded by Alma Drive, Garner Lane, the north side of Lakestream Drive, Orlando Drive, and Chisholm Trail Park. We are located at Mapsco 658Q. For further details, see the

NOTE: These covenants and restrictions were specifically developed and regulated by the Normandy/Perry Homes builders. The covenants are not enforceable by the voluntary homeowners association, since this document was not entrusted to a mandatory association. Any enforcement is up to the individual homeowner who agreed to abide by the covenants during the sale closure of their home.
