Location
Creekbend Estates is located in Plano, Texas, and encompasses the subdivision homes within the area bounded by Alma Drive, Garner Lane, the north side of Lakestream Drive, Orlando Drive, and Chisholm Trail Park. We are located at Mapsco 658Q. For further details, see the map of our subdivision.

We also have subdivision maps by the Collin County Appraisal District (TIF images):   Phase #1    Phase #2

Covenants for each phase of Creekbend Estates can be downloaded here:   Phase #1    Phase #2

NOTE: These covenants and restrictions were specifically developed and regulated by the Normandy/Perry Homes builders. The covenants are not enforceable by the voluntary homeowners association, since this document was not entrusted to a mandatory association. Any enforcement is up to the individual homeowner who agreed to abide by the covenants during the sale closure of their home.
