Currently, 28% of homeowners provide 100% of CENA funds, and one third of them
give at the “gold level” to keep us in the black. CENA started 2007 with about
$2800 and now has about $1800. We don’t expect sign repairs ($541) to occur
annually, but the downward trend in membership concerns us. (Financials)

Privacy Statement
Your member information will be shared only among the Association
Board members for the purposes of Association operations. Member names (no other
information) may be used in Creekbend communications unless you specify otherwise
on your membership form. Member names
will be used only for limited purposes within the Association.
CENA will never sell
its member list.
You may change your choices at any time after becoming a member
of the Association by submitting another membership form or by contacting the
Membership Committee.

Hesitant to Become a Member?
Are you hesitant to become a member of the Association because you have had bad experiences with homeowner's associations in the past? Are you afraid that this "voluntary" association will become mandatory, and that you will have a set of rules imposed upon you? Fear not, because a mandatory association requires 100% agreement by all residents of the neighborhood. Realistically, this will never happen. There are many residents in the neighborhood who do not want a mandatory association, and it would be impossible to get everyone to agree on such a matter.
Are you concerned that the annual membership dues are too high? Please consider the fact that a dinner at a nice restaurant can easily cost this amount, per person, and the enjoyment is transitory. By contributing your annual dues, which apply to your entire household, you will have the satisfaction of participating in your residential community and helping your Association in projects that benefit the residents of the entire neighborhood.
The Association needs funds in order to continue these neighborhood projects, and member dues and donations are the primary source of these funds. By becoming a member you are welcome to attend all meetings and become eligible to cast your vote in the elections for the Board in September. Your membership dues will help us to continue projects without raising the dues.
